A quote request is not a confirmed booking. Service scope, timing, access, exclusions, and price need to be agreed before cleaning work begins.

Service scope

Each service page explains common inclusions and exclusions. Cleaning cannot repair damage, reverse permanent wear, or promise outcomes controlled by a landlord, agent, manufacturer, or third party. Specialist or hazardous work is excluded unless separately agreed with suitable arrangements.

Quote requests

The quote form collects the details needed to review the requested clean. Customers should describe the property type, postcode area, preferred timing, access notes, condition, and any specialist requirements such as carpets or ovens.

Before work begins

Any booking should confirm the agreed rooms, priorities, exclusions, access arrangements, timing, and customer contact details. Customers should not submit payment details through the quote form.
